1.Where to use

And it also can be used for stopping water leakage and repairing works of cracks, mixed with wet and dried surface part of the cracked leakage constructions, all concrete constructions and buildings.

2. Specific character
This is a 2 liquid type intensified Urethane product consisted of Polyol    type agent(A liquid), and Isocyanate (liquid rubber) type hardening agent(B liquid). High intensity and high intensified foam crystalloid is made on the dried site, and partially low foam crystalloid is made on the wet site.
As Mechanical intensity and durability is so superior, it can be used on dried and wet site all together in all weather, and it is also a tactic product of this company.

When we carry out the work on the wet, moisturized site, partially foaming and forms the foaming crystalloid mixed with Urethane and Urea (Carbamide). It is possible for you to order custom- made product and according to the general conditions of the site like temperature, moisture, and the quantity of inflowing water, the reaction time can be decided. Generally, when you are using this company's high intensity Urethane injection(hardening time 1-2 min) on the site where you are doing the leakage construction with the first step foaming agent(liquid), it will be able to
expect simple construction work and shortening the working period simultaneously.
 
4.Packing

A liquid 20kg/iron can container + B liquid 20kg/iron can container is packed by 40kg/set.

5.How to use

Drilling some regular-spaced holes on the cracked part, insert packer and fix it.

Using the grouting injection pump, put appropriate A and B liquid into A and B injection container and do the injection work.

Use the liquid inside the container quickly, if possible. When we use it in the winter season,

the viscosity of the medical liquid can rise. In this case, heat the iron can with the hot wind or any other heating gear and descend the viscosity of the medical liquid. Then we can inject easily.

6.How to handle and caution

Taking out the medical liquid from the container, seal up the stopper of the medical liquid container quickly. After using the tools and the hoses, take out the liquid left inside and wash inside of A hose and B hose with oil.
When you handle the medical liquid, be sure to wear helmet, protective goggles, and gloves. If the face or hands are stained with the medical liquid, wash out with the soap water instantly.
